Hospice Care at Home appeal

Bringing our services to people at home...

The Hospice launched its new Hospice Care at Home appeal across West Surrey and North East Hampshire in 2010 (you can see which towns this covers on our catchment map). Read the Hospice Care at Home media release.

Latest Hospice Care at Home news

Thanks to the generosity of our local community, and the response we received from our Hospice Care at Home appeal, we are delighted to announce the launch of a very small Hospice Care at Home service to enable patients to remain at home as their condition deteriorates, to go home from the Hospice should they wish to, or to go home from the NHS. Due to limited funds, however, the service will only be available in the evenings and at weekends, but we still aspire to expand this to 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Lianne wants to tell you more about Hospice Care at Home and the difference it makes

Lianne has been a patient at the Hospice since February 2009. She wanted to be the one to tell you about our new appeal because she knows what a difference being cared for by the Hospice at home can make to people's lives. When you feel tired, unwell and unable to cope, we understand that you just want to be at home, where it's safe, comfortable and you're surrounded by the people and things you know and love. That's why we know we must bring Hospice Care at Home into more homes in your area.
